A little about me and my company:

Welcome to Ms C's Computer Repair.
I started this computer repair business in January 2010 after I left my job of 36 years in December of 2009.
I want to give good and fair service to the people of this area.   I believe in treating all people the same.   It does not matter if you are a beginner or advanced computer person.  It does not matter if you are young or old.  I want to give everyone the same service.   I have heard over and over again it is about time that there is a place to take you computer when it needs work right here in town.

I was born and raised in Bridgton and went to school here.   I have 1 brother and 2 sisters.   My brother, Ted Harmon, lives in New Mexico, my sister Patti Dyer lives in Harrison and my sister Judy Knight lives right here in town.  My husband Bob Champagne and I lived in Raymond the first 6 months of marriage and then moved to our home on Zion Hill in April of 1978.

I started my business in January of 2010, after being laid off in December of 2009 from the company I had worked for since Sept of 1972.  During the last years there I worked with the computers in the company.  When someone had an issue myself or one of my co-workers would go and check out the issue and get the computer or program running correctly again.

I enjoy working on computers and I enjoy my new office that my husband set up for my.   I can come to your home if need be, but prefer to work in the shop.  It is less expensive for you to bring you computer to me, than me to come to you.  A lot of jobs that are run on computers are not real labor intensive so if I have it here I can do other things at the same time and it will not cost you so much as if I were in your home just waiting for something to run.  I can connect to you computer remotely if necessary, once you load down a program from the internet and then give me a call.

I am working out a program and schedule to offer a contract to tune-up and clean your computer on a quarterly basic once you have had it clean up the first time.  This would be like a contract and I would be able to do this remotely.  This is something that should be done to keep you computer runner good and free of issues.  This would be something like getting and inspection on your car.   You have to take it to the shop for a good going over, and then you have to change the oil every 3 months.  So you bring you computer to me for a good cleanup and check out and then the other 3 times in the year it would be done remotely.   Then you would bring it in again, so on and so forth.

I am also thinking about starting classes (one on one type) for anyone who would be interested.   It can be on any subject you like; I just need to set up a program once you let me know what that subject is.   If I am not that familiar with the subject I will let you know and will see if I can figure it out or where you can look on the internet to learn more about it.
